Alone and asleep in her Houston home, Suzanne Smith was awakened by the shrieking noise of her burglar alarm. Fleeing to her bathroom and holding the door shut, Suzanne heard someone coming toward her bedroom. On the phone was ADT Emergency Dispatcher Stacey Fioravanti who called police and kept Suzanne calm until they arrived and arrested the home invader.
