いわゆる「根性焼き」跡の治療例です。
「根性焼き」とは、
「自分あるいは他人により意図的に火のついた煙草を皮膚に押し当てた火傷跡」です。
切除せずに治療を進めていくことも可能ですが、治療部分が面として残るため治療に時間がかかる上に最終的な仕上がりは一旦切除しその傷をボカシていく方法に劣ります。
単純に切除縫合して直線状のキズ跡の集合体にするとリストカット、アームカットの傷にも類似するため、傷の配置を考慮し皮弁として組み合わせて創部を除去し、後日レーザーで切除創をぼかしていきます。
