Together with her husband, she started by making and selling lemonade from their kitchen. Gradually, they expanded their product range to include jams, juices, pickles, and more. Initially, people mocked their efforts, and even her family didn't support her, but Richa Dhobhal persevered.

Today, "Yuva Himalaya" operates its production unit in the village of Kotiyal in Uttarakhand, providing employment to 35 people and supporting over 500 families in the surrounding areas. Even during the challenging times of the COVID19 pandemic, she didn't give up; instead, she grew her business by 15 times!
