Buyer Escrow Process Step Ten | Fund Loan & Close

Step ten in the buyer escrow process is to have the loan funded and close. After signing the required documents, you will confirm with the escrow company the wiring information, before wiring you portion of the funds required. Then typically the next business day you lender with send in the loan amount to escrow.

Once funded, the notary will inform the title company, who will then go to the county office to get the official stamp on the deed. Once that is done they will call you and let you know that it is official!!!
