Buyers are once again out in full force due to slightly lower mortgage rates and a fear of yet another challenging spring market. This time of year, there is usually a sharp drop off in buyer activity not this year! Buyer demand is far outpacing housing supply and there are no signs that the imbalance will correct anytime soon.
