Although there are quite a few available on the market, there is a significant challenge attached to investing in said properties, such as limited growth potential, high strata costs, and reliance on specific industries for growth.


As tempting as it may be to buy a property at this price range, your money would be better put in place if you were to invest in the $350k$500k range, as it offers better growth potential due to several factors.


It would be wiser to consider saving up for a deposit or increasing your income for better serviceability to access highergrowth markets.


Because, at the end of the day, just because you can doesn't mean you should. Consider longterm growth potential rather than potential pitfalls.
