Today we are in HautBeyleron and we have to buy some new fields and put the fences around the whole farm. We started by jumping into Mahindra 1000 Retriever and going to meet with the landlord. When we arrive at the fields, we parked UTV and then we spoke with a landlord. We have been leasing two fields from him and he finally decided to sell them so he offer them to us. We didn't think much about it and we bought a 1.36 HA field for 112.200 euros and 1.58 HA for 146.300 euros. After that was done we returned back to the farm with UTV and we parked it. Then we jumped into Volkswagen Amarok and we headed to install the gates all around the farm so we can fence everything. It took us some time to install five 10m sliding gates and it cost us 7.500 euros. When that was done, we returned back to the farm and parked the Volkswagen Amarok and then we jumped into UTV. We used UTV to put the hedge around the whole farm so we can close it off. It took us some time to do that and we spent around 175.000 euros on the hedges. After that was done, we returned back to the farm and parked the UTV and then we jumped into the Fendt 828 Vario. The next job was to spray two new fields with herbicide so we can get rid of the weeds. So we drove the Fendt 828 Vario to the local BGA where we borrowed the Kverneland iXter B18 sprayer that we attached to the tractor. When that was done, we returned back to the farm and parked the tractor, and then jumped into Volkswagen Amarok and headed to the local dealer. We bought one IBC tank of herbicide and loaded it onto the back of a Volkswagen Amarok and we transported it back to the farm. Then we filled the sprayer with herbicide and we headed to the fields and sprayed them. When that was done, we returned back to the farm, unloaded the leftover herbicide, and then washed the tractor and sprayer. Then we returned the sprayer and paid for it and then we returned back to the farm and parked the tractor. The last job for today was to spread some manure on the new fields. For that job, we used JCB 54270 telehandler with a bucket for loading manure and Fendt 720 Vario with Hawe DST 16 to spread the manure. We ended up needing only two loads to cover both fields with manure. When everything was washed and parked we headed inside the house to take a break.
