אנסמבל יעלה הוא הרכב ייחודי של שבעה נגנים שמבצע מוסיקה מקורית
בסגנון ובהשפעת מסורות מוזיקליות מהמזרח.

הלחנים מבוססים על מסורות מוזיקליות עתיקות מתורכיה, פרס והים התיכון.
רובם לחנים מקוריים שהולחנו על ידי ההרכב ביצירה משותפת
וחלקם מנגינות מסורתיות ממגוון תרבויות.

הטקסטים לקוחים מתוך מסורות הפיוט היהודי ומשירי משוררים ארץ ישראלים (אלתרמן, חיים גורי, רחל, נעמי שמר ועוד...)
השירה והפיוט מהווים מקור השראה מרכזי עבורונו שנשמע בקטעי מקהלה בהשראת שירת בתי הכנסת.

We are Ya'ala Ensemble.
A group of six musicians that plays original music in traditional oriental style.
Our music is based mostly on the classic musical traditions of Turkey and Persia.
Some original melodies and some ancient traditional tunes.
The Lyrics are mostly from Jewish liturgy and modern Israeli poetry.
All in new and original compositions played with traditinal instruments.
