00:05 CA125 Test कब किया जाता है?
जब Doctor को Ovaries में एक cyst नजर आता है। जिसमे खून भरा होता है। इसे Endometriotic Cyst, Hemorrhagic Cyst या Complex Cyst कहते हैं। जब यह Cyst दिखाई देती है तो Doctor Blood Test Advice करते है। जिससे CA125 कहते हैं। जब Ovaries में Cancer होता है तब भी उससे कराने की सलाह दी जाती है।

खून में जांच करने वाली एक Blood Test है। खून में Glycoprotine कई Conditions के वजह से घुल मिल जाता है। जब इसकी Value 35 के ऊपर होती है तो इसके कई सारे करण हो सकते हैं।

01:53 CA 125 की Value कब बढ़ती है?
CA 125 की Value Periods के दौरान बाढ़ सकती है। इसके साथ ही Pregnancy के दौरान इसके आलावा Pelvic Organs में Infalmmatory Disease होने से भी बढ़ सकती है। जिससे PID भी कहते है। कभी कभी Ovaries की Cyst फूटने से भी बढ़ती है। Fibroids भी एक करन है इसके बढ़ने का और सबसे मेहवापूर्ण जब हमे Endometriosis होता है।
