TER 200 est le nom commercial de certains trains express régionaux, du réseau TER Grand Est (anciennement TER Alsace), circulant entre Strasbourg et Bâle.

Ces TER, assurés par du matériel Corail, ont la particularité d'atteindre 200 km/h (V200), alors que la vitesse des TER ne dépasse pas 160 km/h.
La V200 peut être atteinte sur la grande majorité du parcours (123 km sur les 142 km séparant Strasbourg et Bâle) compte tenu du tracé rectiligne et de l'absence de passages à niveau sur la ligne de Strasbourg à Bâle.

Diese mit CorailGeräten betriebenen TER haben die Besonderheit, dass sie 200 km/h (V200) erreichen, während die Geschwindigkeit der TER 160 km/h nicht überschreitet.
Die V200 ist auf dem überwiegenden Teil der Strecke (123 km der 142 km zwischen Straßburg und Basel) erreichbar, da die Strecke gerade verläuft und auf der Strecke Straßburg–Basel keine Bahnübergänge vorhanden sind.
