Ingredients for pakoras:
cabbage 250 g
salt 0,5 tsp
a pinch of hing
1 tsp of cumin powder
0,5 tsp of turmeric
0,51 tsp of cayenne pepper or chili powder
1/3 of fennel powder
2 tsp of yogurt
a pinch of baking soda
chickpea flower (57 Tbsp or according to consistency)
oil or ghee for deep frying
For the coriander sauce:
75 g of coriander leaves
23 tsp of yogurt
0,5 tsp of cumin powder
a pinch of hing (asafetida)
0,5 tsp of chili powder/cayenne pepper
0,5 tsp of coriander seeds powder
1/3 tsp of sugar
a pinch of salt
lemon or lime juice (0,5 lime or 1/3 of lemon)
