RECIPE
Cabbage – 400g
Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
Salt – ½ tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Green chilly – 2 nos
Onion – 1 medium sized
Coconut – ½ cup
Mix everything well and keep it aside for 1530 minutes.
To a curry pot, add coconut oil, splutter ¼ tbsp mustards seeds, followed by dried red chilli and curry leaves. Then add the cabbage mixture that we had kept aside. You can squeeze off the water from it and add it if you want.
Cook the cabbage well. Make sure that you do not overcook the cabbage. And that’s it! The cabbage thoran is ready!! Do try it out and let us know!
