✅ Glutenfree recipe
Ingredients:
10oz | 300g cabbage
1 onion
5oz | 140g | 1 cup chickpea flour
2oz | 40g | 1/4 cup rice flour
1tsp baking powder
2tbsp oil
4oz | 120ml | 1/2 cup sparkling water

Seasonings:
2tbsp mild curry powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp chilli flakes
salt to taste

DIPPING SAUCE ingredients (optional but highly recommended):
2oz | 50g | 1cup coriander
2oz | 70g | 1/2 cup roasted cashews
1/2tsp sugar or sugar alternative you usually use
2tbsp lemon juice
3oz | 100ml | 1/2 cup water
salt to taste
