2 oz | 60g | 1/3 cup quinoa
1 onion
1 cup | 4.4 oz | 125g mushrooms
1 small sweet potato

1/2tsp Italian herbs
1 garlic clove
salt to taste
sauce ingredients (optional):
2 white onions
2oz | 60 ml | 1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
