Spaghetti cheese and pepper
for 4 people
350 grams of spaghetti
300 grams of aged pecorino but not too much
a spoonful of black peppercorns
salt
To make creamy spaghetti with cheese and pepper you have to follow the video well.
Start by putting a pot of water on the stove to cook the spaghetti with cacio e pepe. but remember not to put too much water, put a little salt.
Grate the pecorino, crush the pepper.
In a large pan, heat half the pepper.
As soon as it is hot, wet it with water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Put the spaghetti to cook.
