Hoy hablaremos sobre las diferencias entre los ejercicios en "Cadena Cinética Abierta" y "Cadena Cinética Cerrada". Una terminología que ya desde sus orígenes empezó a generar controversia pero que por algún motivo hemos seguido manteniendo.
