SNACK CAKE WITH HERRINGS
KBZHU FOR 100 GR:

From this amount of ingredients, a cake weighing 1.2 kg is obtained.
The diameter of my mold is 16 cm

WE WILL NEED
DOYA BASES:
Borodino bread 5 slices (200 gr)
Olive oil 0.5 tsp

FOR FILLING:
Herring fillet 200 gr
Boiled carrots 1 pc (180200 gr)
Onions (I have red) 1 pc (100 gr)
Fresh dill 50 gr
Green onions 70 gr

FOR FILLING:
Sour cream (I have 15%) 300320 gr
Instant gelatin 20 g + 50 ml cold water
Mustard (not hot) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 0.3 tsp
Ground pepper to taste
