For the Caldo de Bolas (8 servings) these are the ingredients you will need:
1 1/2 lbs beef w/ bone
1 lb beef chunks
2 lb beef (for plantain ball)
*3 leaves of shredded
cabbage
1 1/2 cup green beans
2 pieces of yuca
3 corns cut into pieces
1 carrot
1 celery
12 plantians
1 pepper
10 garlic cloves
1 tsp annatto
1 onion
1 tomato
6 eggs
1cup raisins
punch of cilantro
1 tbsp peanut butter

Para el Caldo de Bolas (8 porciones) estos son los ingredientes que necesitarás:
1 1/2 lbs carne con hueso
1 lb carne (para sopa)
2 lb carne (para relleno
de la bola)
3 hojas de rallado
repollo
1 1/2 tz verdura
2 piezas de yuca
3 choclo (elotes) cortados en trozos
1 zanahoria
1 apio
12 platanos
1 pimiento
10 dientes de ajo
1 cdta achiote
1 cebolla
1 tomate
6 huevos
1 tz pasas
cilantro
1 cda mantequilla de maní
1 zanahoria
1 apio
