This Template was made using the built in features of after effects and 2 things from videocopilot.net, their earth zoom tutorial and their plugin twitch, links for those on the site Some PC users seem to have issues with the compass which is a .mov (quicktime) formate, this does does not play in Windows media player.

Some troubleshooting tips
1. try downloading quicktime player for a simple fix.
2. You could convert the compass to another formate however if you convert it to a formate that does not support RGB+Alpha the compass will not be transparent.
