There is now a call within Congress for President Biden to drop out of the race for president. Democratic Congressman Lloyd Doggett released a statement Tuesday saying Biden should withdraw. This comes days after the presidential debate with the president facing a lot of criticism for his performance. ABC's Perry Russom has the latest.
