Alejandra Bravo and Amber Morley say they have been receiving complaints from people who are concerned about rats in their neighbourhoods. They say large rodent populations have become an increasing challenge due to climate change, construction site management and other factors. They want council to direct city staff to come up with a rat reduction action plan that addresses environmental factors and has an integrated pest management approach.
