Have you heard that calories don’t matter on a keto diet?

It’s true that keto is very powerful … but it’s not so powerful that you can eat an unlimited amount of food and still lose weight. In fact, if you don’t do keto the right way, it’s possible to gain body fat. (This is why we caution people to go easy on cheese, nuts, heavy cream, butter, and other concentrated sources of fat.)

When done properly, keto diets impact your hunger and satiety hormones so that your appetite reduces and you naturally eat less – without having to count calories or force yourself to go hungry.
