Oh my gosh, this camp had it all; the challenge, incredible views of snow capped mountains, a wild camping spot, warm cosy set up, a campfire, a wild weather change, snow, and the exquisite views of a clear morning to wake up to. This camp was honestly one of my all time favourites. This spot is in the foothills of the Southern Alps, on the South Island of New Zealand. It is the end of winter, going in to spring here, and there are still a few cold snaps and snow dumps lingering in our weather systems.
I hope that you will enjoy this camp as much as Indi and I did. Filming in these conditions on my own was very challenging so I appreciate your grace when it comes to some of the shaky footage.
