Yes, you can slay a credit reporting agency.

They like to act like it isn't a big deal that they messed up your credit report.

However, that isn't the case.

People have lost their homes, their jobs, been turned down for security clearance, and even forced out of the military because of false credit reporting.

When you sue them in Federal Court, you really get their attention.

Be persistent.
