Longevity supplements are gaining a lot of traction nowadays in response to new research shedding light on the pathways responsible for aging. In this video, Dr Angus Hayes and I will be discussing NAD+ precursor supplements (including NR and NMN). These supplements have shown to increase lifespan substantially in animal studies, however are these supplements effective in humans or are they simply a waste of money?
