Ever wonder what would happen if Frank Horrigan, Fallout 2's endboss, came along to rampage through Boston? Well wonder no more, because that's exactly what we'll find out today in part 1/2 of: Can you beat fallout 4 as Frank Horrigan.

Use of A.I.:
Frank Horrigan was voiced by Michael Dorn who gave a great performance, after which some epic voice modification was done. I made use of A.I. to mimic his voice as best as possible for fun; it got pretty close, but imperfections are audiable when listening carefully, since contrary to normal voices that are easy to mimic, Frank's voice has a multitude of complexities (because of the voice modifications).

Rules:
Frank's height is severely increaded by using console commands: player.setscale 1.4 (any larger and you start running into problems)
Frank only uses bigboy weapons, but will restrict himself to miniguns, gatling lasers and his fists!
His objectives were to delete all factions from Boston, clear vaults and secure military sites where he can find them.

Addendum:
I am aware of the existence of America Rising it is a very long mod from what I gathered, and with me wanting to "visit" vaults and such, it would just have been too much for 2 videos.
