As we approach our second year litigating in the COVID19 era, LandlordTenant practitioners will now also have to deal with a new president, a new administration, and new policies in addition to the ongoing constraints imposed by the pandemic. In this program, practitioners will join presenter Kenneth W. Biedzynski, Esq., as he explores the procedural and substantive restrictions and obstacles that practitioners—both residential and commercial—face in this daunting era. This course will canvas and discuss general principles of LandlordTenant law (both residential and commercial) and explore how to better navigate the courts amid new statutory developments and policies.
In addition to discussing the above concepts, transactional forms will also be presented and examined.
