The devil is always in the details of the terms. What type of services did your child need? How many minutes or hours were owed? When will those services be provided? Who will provide those services? Where will those services be provided? How will your child access those services (transportation to/from)? Are those people implementing the owed services competent in the program/purpose of the owed service time? Is it some group activity when it should be individualized and tailored for your child (as it is owed time for them)?

Those questions need to be answered in detail and crafted into agreeable terms for all to understand and follow. It needs to be legally binding in an agreement or awarded by a Hearing Officer to where there is accountability and enforceability if the school fails to comply with those terms.
