Let's be real this was a perfect video for The US Office GIFS, but alas I recorded a ramble about what I think 'being introverted at the big 4' actually means.

It means that introverts & extroverts, while we don't start with the same 'strengths', can excel in any career in any industry. You just have to build and develop a sense of selfawareness of your own skills, what brings out those skills and honestly... getting comfortable with modern day networking (which isn't gross I promise!!).
