The original 200x from Amaran is one of the best selling, most used lights in this space. As a matter of fact, it was probably still selling perfectly fine. Even so, Aputure/Amaran have decided to update it ever so slightly to edge out the competition in terms of features and performance (and mostly color). But was it even necessary?
