Can you use PAINT to make concrete WHITE?! Traditionally, the only way to make concrete white is to start off with a white concrete base. In the concrete world you can go from light to dark, but you can't go from dark to light. Well, since we had such a great outcome with the green paint video, let's see if this is a viable solution to coloring concrete WHITE!
