External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on Friday once again highlighted the issue of Canada's harboring of extremist elements in the country. Speaking at the prestigious Hudson Institute, Jaishankar spoke on how India becoming the voice of the global South and challenging the Western construct of how the world functions.

He further confirmed that his discussion with US Secretary of State included the issue of Canada's allegations.
