As a Pro in the Foreign Worker industry, I receive hundreds of requests on information on how to FIND LEGIT EMPLOYERS IN CANADA. I have prepared a Tutorial for Kabayans. I hope this helps someone find an employer in Canada!

Employers in need to fill positions in their businesses will first need to try and find a Canadian or permanent resident to fill the job. They will need to meet some requirements, including posting their job ad on the Government of Canada’s Job Bank, and advertising in two other places. The Government of Canada helps Canadians find work and plan their careers, and they make it easier for employers to recruit and hire across the country. Employment and Social Development Canada delivers Job Bank on behalf of the Canada Employment Insurance Commission, in collaboration with provincial and territorial governments.

Foreign nationals who have valid Express Entry (EE) profiles may connect with employers in Canada using Job Match, also in the Job Bank portal.
Applicants who don't have EE profiles cannot make a Job Match account, however, they may use the Job Bank to also find employment using Job Bank by manually contacting prospective employers.
