CP and CN together? Sounds good!

Two days after this grain train arrived in the STL area from the CN St Louis sub in IL, a UP crew hopped on board and took it west. CN ran the train out of Decatur, IL, as a G870. It would run to Oklahoma on UP as a GBNLOP. Seen here at three locations, this chase started in downtown St Louis and ended in Pacific, MO. A CP motor was thrown on the front before departing, as the CN 5733 led into E STL on the CN. Either way, a very nice lash up of power, with the two CN units likely not running on the mainline for too much longer.
