2 large boneless beef chuck roasts chopped in big chunks
4 cups onions chopped
2 packages of sliced mushrooms rinsed
1/2 cup or so or Worcestershire sauce
Parsley
Thyme
Garlic powder
32 ounces beef stock other half of jar is water
