1/4 c rice vinegar
6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp mirin I used white wine instead
4 tsp sesame seed oil
2/3 c brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp non iodized salt I reduced to 1
5 lbs cubed boneless chicken thigh or breast
This will fill 6 pint jars or 3 quarts
