Today we learn a super famous bluesy Cannonball Adderley lick from his solo over Freddie Freeloader. The lick is played over a G7 chord and contains all of the notes in the G mixolydian scale. In the video, I break down the lick and teach it using scale degrees so you can easily transpose it into different keys.
