The term "letting go" is widely used in manifesting and the idea it represents is very useful, however, it often causes people to think they need to "do" something or "change" something they are doing when the idea it represents means allowing things to be as they are (not resist what is). Consider using the term "let it be" instead of letting go to help your mind relax and allow "what is" to be exactly as it is.

"What is" includes your reality EXACTLY as it is right now, your vibration, your thoughts, your feelings and YOU. And everything else that exists RIGHT NOW, it includes ALL of that too.
