In April 2023, Pawel Cymbalista attempted the Fastest Known Time (FKT) of the 230mile Cape Wrath Trail nonstop, solo and completely unsupported. Traversing the most remote mountainous regions of the Scottish Highlands, the film also examines Pawel's background and motivations for running, while the trail takes him on a journey back through time.
