After a spell of 2 or so years working for a 3rd party cargo operator flying the A340600 across the globe, Captain Jonny Smith known on Instagram by @jonnysflyingcircus has returned to the Virgin fold, initially joining the A330300 fleet.

Tuesday 26th July 2022 saw Captain Jonny operating his first passenger departure on Virgin Airbus A330, GVGEM. Here is the full taxiout to Heathrow's Runway 27 Right, complete with ATC comms, followed by the takeoff run, climb out, handoff and some frames from the day. Enjoy!
