Caramelized apple pie cooked in a pan
Ingredients
2 apples
1 egg
3 + 1 tablespoons of sugar
60 ml of oil
150 ml of milk
150 grams of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
a little butter, cinnamon, vanilla
We first prepare the pan with apples, butter it
and sprinkle it with 12 tablespoons of sugar.
Pan diameter 24 or 26.
Cut the apples into slices at least 1 centimeter thick.
We arrange them on the pan and now we prepare the cake.
In a bowl, put 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Whisk or mix for 3 minutes.
Add the milk, oil and flour and whisk for 5 minutes.
Add the sifted yeast and mix well.
Put the mixture on the apples and bring to the stove, turn on low heat, cover and
cook for 20 minutes.
Turn the cake as I show in the video and bake it on the other side for 5 minutes.
serve it hot or cold, as you like.
