We've just towed a 2.8tonne Avida allterrain caravan with the new Ford Everest V6 Sport 4x4 model so how did it go?

In short, it was good, but maybe not as great as you might have thought it could be.

Look, there is no other brandnew SUV or 4x4 with a V6 diesel engine that can tow up to 3.5 tonnes for this amount of money (about $70k), so it stands out on that front.

It also stands out because it has heaps of equipment and inclusions, lots of safety technology and interior gear, and it looks pretty darn snazzy, too.
