It had been raining for 3 days straight here in Ohio, so I decided to go ahead and make a jettibg change. The stock carburetor on the 2023 Honda XR150L has a 105 main jet, and a 35 pilot jet. It is very cold blooded, and usually doesn't start at all without full choke and warming it up for a while. So I decided to move up to a 108 main, and a 38 pilot. Also I'm very glad I did because while taking my bike apart I found a few hand tight bolts, and also the fuse box wasn't even attached correctly or at all to the bike. I would imagine that the quaility control isn't the greatest on these at rhe factory. lol But after going over the entire bike and lock tighting stuff down it's a nice little bike that should last longer than I do. Hopefully this video helps some of you that are hesitant to work on your bike to go ahead and try... then take it to a mechanic if you can't do what you're trying.
