EINN Shannon, Ireland

A Cargolux Boeing 747400, registration LXNCL, operating as flight 94K from KMIA to EHAM was enroute when a main deck fire warning illuminated. The crew declared a mayday, initiated an emergency descent, and diverted to EINN Shannon, Ireland.

Comments by the crew to ATC indicated the warning may have been caused by condensation from flowers they were transporting. The crew landed safely without further incident on runway 24 at EINN.
