LECTURE
November 6, 2010.
Presenter: Daniel Chowning, O.C.D., Carmelite writer, lecturer, and retreat leader
Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity, an early twentiethcentury French Carmelite, is an important but lesserknown Carmelite author. This lecture introduces her spiritual doctrine, which is rooted in our baptismal dignity as children of God and temples of the Holy Spirit, and shows its implications for Christian life.
