Until she began working with menopause advocates, British MP Carolyn Harris didn’t realize she herself was right in the thick of it.
“I’ve said many times on the floor of the House [of Commons] that I had no problem with my menopause, I sailed through mine,” she recalled to Flow Space EditorinChief Galina Espinoza. “And then I started talking to other women… about the kinds of symptoms they were experiencing. And all of a sudden the light bulb went off in my mind.”
