When you are searching for a job, it is common for an employer to pull your credit report before deciding whether to offer you a job or not.

There are very strict requirements for pulling reports for job offers.

This case of Gilberg v. California Check Cashing Stores, LLC, 913 F. 3d 1169 discusses this it is a case from the Ninth Circuit in 2019.

1. Does the disclosure document have to be a standalone document or can other stuff be with it?

2. Does the disclosure have to be either clear OR conspicuous or does it have to be both?
