If you reload and haven't had a case separate on you then you haven't been reloading long enough. It's a fact of life and isn't reflection on you so just be on the lookout for signs it could happen so you can stay safe. I did a poor job explaining that the major cause is from improper headspacing causing growth. My apologies as I was more just excited to show off the damage and didn't give a lot of thought on how to explain what was going on and how to prevent it.
