In this video, I'll walk you stepbystep through how I set up and configure a maintenance KPI balanced scorecard (BSC) using the Power BI Power KPI Matrix visual. This video includes a section where I explain how to set up the KPI indicator value which is used to drive the conditional formatting within the Power KPI Matrix.
