I decided to start a new series called catch and cook. I am going to keep my original taste test series where I eat weird fish but also have this new series where I target good tasting fish for the purpose of cooking them. Today I filmed ep 1 in Navarre, Florida. The target species was whiting and Pompano. I was only able to get whiting, but still had a great time doing it.
